COFFEE FROM LAKE TOBA, SUMATRA
The Lintong coffee originates from coffee farms around Lake Toba, a massive crater lake in northern Sumatra. The hills are very suitable for the cultivation of coffee and produce a coffee that is slightly higher in acidity than the coffee from the Gayo mountains, while keeping an excellent body.
